Every SISU cushion is made and sent from Amsterdam.

Where we deliver

We ship across the EU and UK, so wherever you're cushion-hunting from, we've got you covered.

Since Brexit, UK orders may incur import VAT (and possibly duty), charged separately by UK customs on delivery  this can't be included at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

SISU Homeware is not responsible for additional costs incurred during shipping, including customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities or couriers.

Cost and timing

• Orders over €300 ship free. Under that, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout depending on where you are.
• Orders are sent within 2 business days, using PostNL for the Netherlands and DHL for the rest of the EU and UK.

As soon as your cushion is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow along.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will chase it. Damaged in transit? Send us a photograph and we will put it right.
