Ordering
Do you send samples?

As we work with limited-quantity fabrics, our stock is small and samples may be cut small. They're best used for colour matching and getting a feel for the texture, rather than gauging full scale or pattern repeat.
Do you restock designs?
No, every fabric we use is deadstock, sourced in small quantities from European interior and fashion designers. Once a design is gone, we can't get more of that exact fabric, so it won't be coming back. If something catches your eye, we'd say don't leave it too long!
How will I know if a fabric is running low?
We keep stock levels visible on the product page, so you'll always know exactly how many are left.
Can I order a custom size or fabric?
Right now we keep things simple with two sizes, 50×50cm and 60×40cm. That said, we always like to help where we can so if you have something custom in mind, just get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
We do! We ship across the EU, so wherever you're cushion-hunting from, we've got you covered.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes! Since Brexit, UK orders may incur import VAT (and possibly duty), charged separately by UK customs on delivery, this can't be included at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
SISU Homeware is not responsible for additional costs incurred during shipping, including customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities or couriers.
What are your shipping costs?
Orders over €300 ship free. Under that, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout depending on where you are.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get your order out within 2 business days, using PostNL for the Netherlands and DHL for the rest of the EU and UK.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your cushion is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow along.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
How do I start a return?
Just drop us an email at hello@sisuhomeware.com with your order number, and we'll talk you through the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered and in that case, it's covered by us.
Materials & Care
What are your cushions made from?
Because our fabrics are deadstock, we don't always know the exact composition but as they're mainly interior fabrics intended for upholstery, they're most likely a cotton-polyester blend. Inserts are duck feather.
How do I clean my cushion?
Each cover comes off easily via a concealed zip. We'd recommend spot cleaning.
Why is deadstock fabric more sustainable?
Because it already exists! Using surplus fabric means no new material is made just for our cushions, and working in small batches keeps us from ever overproducing.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card and PayPal
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments run through Shopify's secure payment system, so we never see or store your card details.
